I love this place. I can't say it enough. I was introduced to this place while searching for a loose leaf tea shop that wasn't Teavanna. I have allergies and I have to be very careful of what is in my tea and I almost had to go to the hospital because of a blunder at Teavanna with them not checking the ingredients despite me telling them about my allergies.
I digress, this is why I give the Tea Lab 5/5.
I have been here on three different occasions and have been pleased each and every time. Because of my allergies, I have to ask a lot of questions about what is in all the different kinds of tea. I've been helped by 3 different individuals and each one was very patient with me, checking each tea to make sure it was safe for me to drink. All the employees I have interacted with are very knowledgeable on what goes in their tea.
My favorite tea is their "Evening Comfort", an herbal tea with peppermint and lemon. Perfect for night time drinking and it even helps me sleep. There are so many teas that sound so good. And the tea is super affordable. There are many teas that are $3.00 or less for an ounce.
