I decided to come here to buy a bike lock for my bike since I've heard good things about the place and wanted to support a local business. The staff there was ok, not mean or nice. They didn't seem very eager to help, but if approached they will. I bought the lock and when I left the store I saw the exact lock was much cheaper at the place next door so I decided I would return it later. When purchasing the lock I didn't see any information about any sort of return policy in the store, nor the receipt, and the cashier never mentioned anything either. Two days later I returned to the store to return the lock. I had the receipt and the lock was completely unopened but when I asked if I could return the lock the employee just says "Nope". Not even an explanation that they have a strict return policy or anything, just the one worded response. Overall I still think this is a good business but they need to be more transparent with their return policy and their service could be better.
