I've only been here once so it's hard to give a thorough opinion. I looked at the three and a half stars and had to wonder why. Every since I walked in I was instantly greeted, the lined moved very smoothly, the baristas were very friendly and efficient and they delivered my order out when they saw I was relaxing on the couch. Service is a big deal in my opinion and they nailed it. Another big thing is cleanliness. The store looked amazing and super organized. It was like they exprcted me to come in and judge everything lol. I don't say this often, but great job Starbucks! Thee End.
