I had been going here for almost a year. Very happy with my cuts and color until the last time when my stylist did a red color. It lasted not even two weeks. With her saying "it was going to fade" I figured all over fade, NOT in one big section of the back. Long story short. I went back to her so she could fix it but because I was two weeks into my color red she wouldn't fix it for free. Not only did I pay $85 for the red, but I was now stuck paying $65 for her to fix it. On top of the shitty ordeal I went through she then had the audacity to message me privately on my personal cell phone that I talked badly to a coworker of hers! NOT true. If a client comes to you for service, and you do a SHITTY job, they are going to ask someone in your profession if what happened to them is normal. A Very unprofessional person works there. Sad to say not going back. I'm sure others that work there are amazing! I hope others don't experience crappy service from them.
