I used to love the Studio B buffet. Studio B was our stop every time we drove into Vegas. Needless to say, I've been there countless times but the last 2 times, I've been disappointed. I may be wrong but I feel like they have changed some recipes. I also haven't seen one of my favorite dishes... the Chinese BBQ Pork. The most disappointing part of this buffet is paying the premium $40 on Friday and almost every hot dish I picked was cold. I don't care if it's not a super busy time (4:30pm), how long can the salmon sit there before needing to be changed out?? Pizza..cold, chicken...cold, french fries...cold, fried fish...cold, warm crab...cold, sushi...not cold. The highlight of my last trip was the s'mores cookie. Delicious, but $40 is a little steep for 2 s'mores cookies, as far as I'm concerned.
