If it weren't for the new Manager Dustin I would have seriously left Park 28 while leaving a review with 0 stars! The former management here was a complete joke! With their fake smiles and personalities,even I was fooled to believe they cared about their tenants and property. They had no understanding of customer service and never resolved any of my issues. I pay high rent for a tiny 1 bedroom overpriced apartment and all I ask is to get what I am paying for! Instead I get my garage broken into, my car vandalized and personal property stolen while fake management showed no care or concerns about the incident. Every issue I ever brought to their attention was completely avoided!! Ive seen a big improvement with communications ever since Dustin arrived and I hope they clean house the rest of the old staff and bring in more reliable people like Dustin who actually knows how to manage and run a property! This place may be called Park 28 but prior to new management, I called it Hood 28! Most of the good residents left and were replaced by ghetto trash! Along with high quality living I would expect to see high quality tenants and staff! Dustin is a good start to this rebuild...
