The Orthodontist is a very kinda doctor and so are his assistants. However, the General side is terrible. The doctor seems bored, disinterested, and inconvenienced that you're even in his chair. I have a very low pain tolerance and when I made the doctor aware of this he ignored me. He then proceeded to stab the numbing needle into the roof of my mouth without any warning and I immediately pulled out of it and yelped. Because he's very impatient he ran off to make me a $2000 appointment with somewhere that would put me to sleep instead. Like any sane person could afford that! Now about billing. The ladies at the front desk forced me to have a direct deposit because they claimed it was in the contract that I signed. The catch is their direct deposit won't work. I even got a new card just to see if that would help and it didn't. However, when I went in to pay the bill, because direct deposit doesn't work for some reason, a different woman told me I don't have to have direct deposit at all. And on top of it all their corporate office keeps calling me and claiming that I owe them money because they never received my down payment. Absolute blasphemy! The worse part is that I'm stuck with them for 2 whole years until I get my braces off and longer due to the fact that I owe them $7000 for braces and dental work. COMPLETE CRIMINALS.
