I have used this business since June of 2017 to clean my home once per month. This month, they cancelled twice. Hours before the reschedule appointment date, I received a text their van broke down. They never returned any of my calls or texts after that to determine if they were even going to show up. They could have at least had the decency to return my call or text and tell me directly to save me time. I would not recommend this company. Timeliness, doing what you say you'll do, and proactive communication are critical success factors for doing business in today's market. Save your time and energy and move on to a reliable company.
