I stayed at Courtyard by Marriott in Stow and sent out several pairs of trousers, sweaters, a dress, and some other items for dry cleaning. They returned my items on time, but I now have to iron every pair of pants I sent out because they were not hung at the waist. When I called White Swan, I was told that unless I specifically ask, they always fold dress pants over a hanger. How would you know to ask a dry cleaner to hang your items in a manner that they would not require they be ironed by the customer after they are cleaned, especially when they are providing dry cleaning services to a hotel (primarily business customers). Isn't it a normal expectation that your items come back ready to wear? Evidently not, at least when you use White Swan.
