Really really really bad customer service. Avoid flooring department. I walked in needing to buy floor tiles and grout and schedule an appointment for an installation and walked out with nothing. It's like they didn't want my money / business. Now I'm driving to the Home Depot on Tropicana because their rep over the phone seemed more knowledgeable. I'm at a loss of words right now because I had my Home Depot card ready to pay for flooring!!!! Lol. How stupid are the people working here!? It literally felt like she didn't feel like working to help me out at all. I asked her to fill my cart up with everything I need to do the job myself if needed and she asked me to find someone off craigslist to do the job at my house and didn't even sell me any tile. Not coming back here because I don't trust the expertise from the employees here.
