This is the best gym I've ever trained in. Serious lifters. Great atmosphere with the hard rock and metal playing. People are great there. Staff very nice. Equipment is awesome. A mix of traditional weightlifting equipment and locally made plate loaded machines. DB's up to 200. Another side of the gym with sleds, farmer carry, plus more. I've trained at some of the most famous gyms in the country but this beats them all.
