I showed up there this morning to have our car repaired (by the other person's insurance) at time we agreed on. As requested by the other person's insurance, I got an estimate at the appointed time on Nov. 28th. When I showed up this morning, I dropped off the car and then went to the Enterprise desk right there to get a rental. None had been scheduled. They connected me to the insurance adjuster who said that when he called ABC Nissan that they told him I was a no show for getting an estimate and the car cannot be repaired until the adjuster uploads an estimate to their system. The adjuster then called ABC Nissan and was told that they would give Brett the message when he got in today and ask him to upload the estimate. Fast forward to 1 PM. I call and ask to speak to a manager. After being on hold for more than 5 minutes, I'm told none are available. I find out that Brett isn't in today. Of course no one followed up with me nor has anyone submitted the estimate on Brett's behalf. I'm waiting for a manager to return my call. Very disappointing to say the least.
