I must say I was impressed with this location. Not only was the gym really nice, the customer service given was very welcoming. I signed up with Korbin and he presented everything very professionally. I work in the medical field and I really take pride in the way I provide customer service to my patients. I feel today people lack knowledge in the meaning of customer service and how important it is because that is really what brings people back. I signed up for a personal trainer as well so I will have to say that Caesar was great in helping me with that. I was also able to meet my trainer Josh, which I must say I am looking forward to training with him. He seemed very energetic and he had a great aura about him. Crossing my fingers that the first impression the staff provided me, is one that will continue on. :)
