I just think it'd be smart for them all to have name tags.
Otherwise this location (I've been to 4 others in the valley) is my favorite. There is alwayssss someone cleaning at all hours of the day. Lockerrooms -bathrooms - the main floor you name it.
Both male and female custodial folk keeping it clean and well stocked. The trainers are all welcoming -not gnarly dudes that you wouldn't trust alone with your daughter or wife.
Out of towners I've taken here are blown away at how big it is. Equipment is all new and regularly maintained by what seems to be a dedicated repairman. Other clubs I've seen out of order signs on equipment for weeks. Busy at night rush as is any gym but all other times of day, plenty of space and availability. Members are all nice - it's like family at this point. Regulars galore... Which tells a thumbs up story all by itself.
