Joining Fit36 was the best thing I could have done for myself! The workouts are clear and very effective, the trainers are caring, helpful, and motivating! The staff and management are fun, engaging, approachable, and interactive. I love that the studio is ample in size and equipment, yet small enough to feel comfortable and not overwhelming. The regimen, location, staff, and members help make it a very positive experience for me.
