I was a customer here for the past year because of the convenient location and prices ($40 for mani pedi). Some of their technicians are a lot better than others. I've gotten tired of their color selection and their abrupt attitude towards customers. The final straw was when I walked in for a regular mani on Friday and the "lead" woman said we can't take you today because of some reason I couldn't understand, while the other guy said come back around 5, 6, or 7 maybe. She was really rude about it, especially considering how frequently I came there and I find it hard to believe they had no time for a regular manicure. Finally it doesn't really instill a lot of confidence when the other guy is talking at the same time telling me to come back sometime within a 2 hour time frame. Will not be returning.
