Owner was quick to contact me and very sincere and accommodating when I expressed my feelings for my gel polish manicure. He informed me that they have a 1 week guarantee on gel so that if it does chip, you are able to come back in and get them fixed free of charge. I set an appointment, came in, the owner took a look at it and explained what the reasoning could be for the chipping and let me choose another color and get them fixed (by Riley and the woman who sits behind her who did fantastic jobs). Very pleased with the results and customer service! I would just only prefer to be serviced by the women who fixed my nails from now on.
