I really wanted to be able to give this place a good review, but they just disappointed me like so many other Yelpers. We have a dually, which is not accepted at most the car washes in Las Vegas, but this one does so we took it there. Upon arrival they told us because the truck was so wide it had to be hand washed, which was a huge up-sell. Ok, hand wash it is. Then they said because there was dog hair we had to pay extra for dog hair vacuuming, which was a minor up-sell. And on, and on. In total the truck wash was over $80 with tip. $70 for a truck wash? Really? Ok. 1.5 hours go by and its finally done, and they, sadly, were not incredibly busy to warrant the wait. We take a walk around the truck to see the work they did and it had to point out several spots that they missed. On the inside the windows were not cleaned, the back seat not conditioned with Armor All (or whatever shiny product they used), there was still lots of dog hair, and we didnt even notice these issues until we were already driving down the road. It was a huge and costly disappointment. Note, the inside of the store smelled of sewer badly, I recommend you plan to be outside while you wait.
