Marlyn is no longer there unfortunately. I went last Saturday for a roller set. Olivia rolled my hair. She rolls good. I sat under dryer over 2 hours. After unrolling hair and noticing that the ends weren't dry she asked if I was her to pin it. I said I wanted dry curls. She said it would be. Two hours later i got home and took pins out. It was flat and frizzy on the ends. I called no answer with full voicemail. I then called Sunday and Monday. Voice mail still full. Tuesday I finally got her. I explained to her who I was and etc. She asked me to come Saturday and she was fix it. I live in South Charlotte. I woke up early and I arrived at 7:44. I waited in my car. Others were waiting as well. Olivia never showed up and had myself and another lady booked at 8:00. I had to share my experience. So disappointed. Praying my hair turns out better than last week. Maria did an awesome job. They are good. Just be prepared to wait.
