We used these folks for two years.There were always issues with poor performance. They would show up on time but their performance tended to be poor or worse - especially with driveway and sidewalk snow removal. Huge fail. Also with yard service. Their employees seemed entirely clueless. They are told to mow grass and ignored the fact that the ground wad soggy leaving behind huge ruts and destroyed turf; every time. The last Fall Cleanup - I had to have them come back after their first attempt and only then did they kind of get it right. We will never let them near our property. Sorry Maple Leaf. You know our issues because I was in contact with your office and met with the guy supervising the workers on multiple occasions.
