I lived here some time ago and found it to be a little pricey for what it was, but exceptionally well located - particularly for folks in their 20s not too long out of college - walking distance from Park Road Shopping Center, Brawley's, and the Montford bars, and a very short drive from downtown and very important places like the Selwyn Pub. The units were not too remarkable, but reasonably open and airy, and the amenities (pool, gym) were not bad. Also good access to a quiet neighborhood behind it for jogging and walking. Given that it is aging and there is increasing competition from new apartments nearby, this would seem a good opportunity to negotiate lower rent to get a good bargain for a good location.
