I stopped in for the first time ever during my lunch break for a quick look at their humidor to see if anything needed to come home with me. Mike came in and greeted me right away, and made me feel very welcome. Of course asked where I was from, what my tastes are etc. After a brief conversation of what the hobby means to us, and even receiving a special token of appreciation, I went from new customer to lifetime customer in the span of about 15 minutes. The atmosphere is great, Mike and John are super great guys that know their craft, and they have a master roller on-site creating the goodness right before your eyes!
