I've been to this location twice and both times the costumer service was great. My first visit was to buy a battery for my car. The man behind the counter, who was supposed to go on lunch 3 hours ago, insisted on replacing my battery, postponing his lunch break yet again. I felt terrible because it was obvious he was really hungry and had low blood sugar. His hands were trembling a bit and even to this day my heart goes out to that little old man who replaced my battery. I wish I could have given him a raise.
The second time, the battery that they originally installed died before the warranty was up. They replaced it, free of cost and installed it for me again in the hot Arizona sun. Even though this location is out of my way, I'll keep coming back here for all my battery needs.
