Introduction:
Always looking for a good coffee place. Came across Tiabi on Groupon and decided to try them out. I must say, it was delicious.
Quality: 5/5
We had the snicker "iced coffee" and the honey "I'm home waffle". They were both equally good. The coffee had the perfect sweetness and so was the waffle. However, if I must rate between the two, I enjoyed the waffle slightly better.
Quantity: 4/5
For the price, I think it's good, but not great. Although the large coffee was plenty, I usually see that as a medium size. So fyi, in case you are considering a small. It's really good, so I recommend the large.
Customer Service: 4/5
Nothing spectacular, although there was only two parties in there including us, we were not acknowledged when we walked in like most places do with incredible customer experience. However, they were good once we were assisted.
Atmosphere: 5/5
It was kind of cold in there, there were us and one other couple that was in the shop. Mainly because we went about 4:30 p.m. Coffee shops are not known to be busy during that hour. The music volume was however perfect tone. Not too loud or too soft.
Cleanliness: 4/5
The place appeared a little older, but was clean and organize.
Price: 5/5
The price was good, however, we got Groupon promotions, so it made their pricing exceptional :)
Tips:
You can get three $8 groupons for $14.25. So we have two left to utilize. Will definitely be back to try out their other items. Keep an eye out, It's located in a plaza, so it's not a stand alone coffee shop. We almost missed it. Enjoy! You won't be disappointed.
