Used to come here all the time but it's really gone downhill. I have been turned away because they were "too busy", they rush through services and often misshape your nails where they are crooked etc. Tried it again recently as I didn't have enough time to go elsewhere & the owner dropped the brand new bottle of nail protein I brought in (to use vs. polish) & broke the bottle ($13 which had to be thrown in the trash). All I got was an "oops, sorry" & "next time you don't have to bring your own, we have it here". Well then replace my bottle! Nope. She didn't even knock the five dollars off that was charged extra for french tips. She charged me full price and I'm out a brand new bottle of polish because she's clumsily rushing. Well, that became her tip- I won't ever return.
