I went to this Urgent Care. I did not bring my insurance card because I had been a patient at that location before, and they had my information... It appeared Banner bought them out. I was not feeling well. The receptionist, Aubrey did not greet me very politely. She recited some mumbo stuff stuff that I could not understand. After multiples inquiries she said bottom line she could not see me unless I had my physical card on me. She spoke to me in a very condescending matter of fact manner. Now, mind you I had my insurance company on the line waiting to give her my group and client information. It was a horrible experience. Even though I did not have my insurance card, I had proper ID... I have been at Banner, so they should have had my information on file as well . She alleged they were not linked. Had she been more courteous, or caring; she could have verified my information calling another Banner facility who may have been linked. This is a small community and it's too bad that I had to drive away to another Urgent Care, and was denied service by Banner Health at this location. *Having great insurance!
