Not one good Pharmacy experience here yet. First they use the text messaging system which tells you whether your prescription is ready or not, and for some reason I always receive the wrong text. When you get to the pharmacy nobody wants to answer any questions for you. My friend and I counted five employees working and two customers in line aside from myself. I simply had a question regarding the text message. Was my prescription ready? Then I was given the wrong medication. Kind of serious in my book. I understand pharmacies are busy but a little bit of good service makes up for a lot of that. On the way out, my friend looked at me and asked "Do you remember when you were leaving a store and they would thank you for coming in, rather than you thanking them hoping to get a reaction?" I had to laugh because it's exactly how I felt.
Had this been a one-time experience I wouldn't have written a review, but being as it's happened multiple times I just thought I'd put it out there.
