Second time not the charm.
I had used this place once before to resole and re heel a pair of dress shoes. They looked good. A couple of months later I took back the original pair and another pair as they both squeeked. Jim said he could fix and could resole and re heel the other pair and fix the squeek. $90 for all which was OK as the shoes are $260 when not on sale. Got the shoes back, both squeeked, one worse than belore. Went back, he and the wife both started saying, "no, no ,no we didn't guaranteed to fix squeek, we said we would try'. Asked for refund, refused. Be careful dealing with these clowns. Never again for me.
