I travel a lot for work and often have to pick up rentals for long periods of time (3-5 months.) This is by far my best experience with a Rental Car place!
I landed late (after midnight) and found the counter. They were quick and efficient with getting me the paperwork, which was great considering how exhausted I was.
I then went outside to pick up the car. Casey helped me and she was EXCEPTIONAL!! Friendly, informative and patient. Since I was going to be driving the car for a few months, I asked to see various models, trying them out by sitting behind the wheel, adjusting the seats, checking out the trunk space. She was gracious and able to show me various features in the vehicles. I was able to find a car that perfectly suited my needs and had no issues with it for the entire 3 months I drove it.
The return process was just as painless. I hope to come back to Pittsburgh soon for work and will definitely be returning to Enterprise!
