My car was taken to Penske Auto Collision after being involved in a collision with a wrong-way driver. I chose Penske because they are an Audi certified collision repair shop, and I'm glad I did. I worked with Bill Lewandowski, who was great throughout the process. I appreciated the fact that he was very patient and knowledgable and provided weekly updates with pictures of the progress, which helped put my mind at ease. The quality of repairs also seems high; my car looks and drives like new. You hope to never need a collision shop, but when you do, I would highly recommend Penske. I also worked with Patricia Telles in the rapid repair/windshield replacement scheduling area and she was excellent to work with as well.
