So my friends and I headed to The Ostrich after a wedding to hang. We sat in a table waiting for our regular table to be ready. Some of my friends touched extremely low hanging light above the table which made the fixture swing a bit (not dramatically)- not because we were being rude or trying to terrorize the place. Anyway, this extremely rude waitress came over-in the MOST RUDE way and said I've seen this fixture swing 3 times and if I see if again i'm going to have to ask you to leave and then MORE... . Of course, anyone would take offense to that kind behavior. After lying to her MGR about what she did and said- the MGR immediately sided with her and when we attempted to speak to him- he was already on the defense, spoke as if he knew what happened without hearing us out, and asked our group of 20+ people to leave ( none of us were overly drunk or out of control BTW). The bad attitudes trickle down from mgnt to service and it SHOWS! I'll NEVER VISIT THE PLACE AGAIN AND I HOPE YOU DON'T.
