Where do i start? Well i lived in this complex for a year and for starters we moved into a dirty apartment. It took me and my wife two days of cleaning to get the apartment liveable. Soon after move in we started having issues with the apartment and have to have simple things like the flooring and sinks fixed. While the mantiance people are in your apartment they find things to report back to the office so they can fined you on. Having in a simple thing like the washer fixed costed me 300 dollars for having a friend over with their dog. Reeeaaally!!!!!!! Plus they a have a tow company go through the parking lots at night looking for people to tow. You have to know that they get a kick back from that. This is the worst apartment complex i have ever lived in. Do not rent here.
