We've been here about 4 times now. Coffee is quite good as to be expected, the Nitro Coffee is getting better. First time we tried it I don't think the recipe and whatnot was fully worked out. It's Nitrogen GAS (usually a mixture of Nitrogen & CO2), the nitrogen can't form to the coffee so it just mixes around it then when it gets pushed through the spout (Guinness style) which has a small filter in it to give that awesome foamy head (Think Guinness again). Usually Nitro has a cascading effect to it (again Guinness) so maybe they aren't pushing high enough pressure.
Anyways, food is great even the VEGAN stuff ( I know right?!). Could use a few more chairs or seating in general but this is not Starbucks, don't setup your laptop for 4hours, just don't be that guy.
Do visit this place! I hope they start opening up earlier though. Most people are drinking coffee before 8am.
