**WARNING** BED BUGS! DO NOT STAY! In August of 2014 my family and I stayed at The POLO TOWERS Hotel in Las Vegas. During our stay we were attacked by BED BUGS, and later learned that the room we rented was actually infested with bed bugs. Since then we've undergone medical and psychological treatment, but still have not entirely healed. The hotel, POLO TOWERS, and its parent company, DIAMOND RESORTS INTERNATIONAL, have defended the condition of the room they rented to us, and their actions following the attack and (Eco-Labs confirmed) infestation. DO NOT STAY! DO NOT STAY!
