The Drs and staff are nice if you don't mind long waits. Waited 50 minutes past our appointment time to be seen, and thus wasn't the first time that happened. They blamed it on the sick kids, but when I take my kids in for a sick visit, I expect to wait. They should do a better job sticking to appointment times and fitting sick kids in when they can. Seems like they are more concerned with quantity of patients seen over the quality. If it's a busy day, they can refer patients to quick care, or have one Dr assigned to sick care for the day. We were just fortunate we didn't have to be anywhere. They should really make appointment times a higher priority.
