I've used Higginbotham & Sons for about 10 years. They always get here quickly and are always quick to diagnose the problem. The owner has come out a few times to do the work and he's intelligent, hard working and honest. Sure we've had a couple of hiccups but they always make it right. The first time I used them, their tech correctly diagnosed a bad relay when 3 other companies said to replace the compressor.
Unfortunately Higginbotham is one of the last companies that understand customer service and doing the job right, (old school values). Ever call one of the big companies that run commercials daily? How did that work out after they drained your bank account?
