I sadly had a similar experience to Kelly G. I have purchased several pairs of shoes from this store in the past and have referred friends as well as patients of mine here. I visited Suburban Sole on a Saturday and there were several "snow birds" in the store. I asked a clerk for help, and she just told me to look at the front of the store for what I was looking for, and went on to ask one of the other customers if she needed help. I am a small business owner and do my best to support other local businesses, but have taken my business to the Shoe Mill in Tempe.
