This is a review of the partycity.ca website and their service. The merchandise I ordered arrived intact and in a timely manner. The problems then started with the charges on my visa bill. The bill was $137, somehow they charged me $107 on two consecutive dates. When I called and asked they said they only charged me $137 once. I took it to visa. Partycity continues to dispute. Nope, I will not ever trust them again with an online order.
