I have frequented Hanny's over the last 4 years. It used to be my "go to" place, but that has changed dramatically of late.
Hanny's definitely has the interior vive going. It's a very open and eclectic design with some very unusual sculptures and basement "dolls". The old elevator shaft with the glass floor is also very cool.
What frustrates me about this establishment is the service. It's spotty at best with a 50% chance that when you walk in, you will not be greeted and seated in a reasonable amount of time. The wait staff is average and you just never feel like you're too welcome here - and that includes the rather snotty bartenders. I would classify it as a rather "cold" experience.
I'm sorry Hanny's, I have spent a lot of my hard earned $$ here but no more.
