Uber you were so good to me for a year....until this..... I had a full conversation during my 7 minute uber ride from the bar about how my driver was working to pay for school. I was in cargo pants. no swimsuit. no sand. no beach activity. I didn't even go to the beach. I got out at 9pm, then was charged $11 or whatever it is. I wake up at 7:30am to go to work...NEW CHARGE...$150+$11 = $161.00 Ok fine, let's see what uber thinks I did. I apparently "spilled" or "peed" in the seat I was sitting in. Of course the car was old as fuck anyway, but first, I had no beverages on me. 2. I couldn't pee and talk to someone in a car if I tried. SO...I contacted Uber. and I got 6 different people giving me the generic response. I called my bank, they refunded me $150! YES! I had to change my card. Deleted uber! goodbye forever. I sign up for Lfty! 2 months later...Uber somehow charges me again on my new card, $150. What the fuck. Lyft drivers tell me these set ups happen. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, WAY TO CONTACT ME TO EXPLAIN MY SITUATION. LYFT FOR LIFE. now I gotta call my card company AGAIN.
