I bought a pair of Fysh frames from these folks less than a year ago and must have got a pair with a manufacturer defect as the metal nose piece broke off about 6 months after I bought them.
Instead of taking them back to Specs and Specs for repair I actually took them to a glasses repair place, the guy welded the piece back on but it broke off again a few weeks later.
I then contacted Specs ( which I should have just done to begin with ) and, after an initial miscommunication, they totally came through with a new pair of the same frames for me! I don't know know how they managed to get them, as they were discontinued, but they replaced them free of charge and Lindsay spent at least 20 minutes with me making sure the glasses fit, she adjusted the nose pieces and even added some silicone nose pads as well as bending the arms to curve around the backs of my ears.
I was really pleased with the level of attention and service from both her and John and would be happy to return to them for my next pair!
