I had THE WORST experience! First off, the owner offered me a rate well above market value even after I showed him a quote I received from CIBC a minutes earlier. He then told me he'd "give me $100" if CIBC actually gave me the specified rate. So I went back to CIBC and did the transaction. Upon going back to to College Currency he was still unwilling to admit his rate was high. He kept saying "it was not possible, there is a mistake". Needless to say he didn't live up to his promise and was proceeded to be extrememly rude. I WILL NEVER EXCHANGE MONEY HERE AGAIN! THE RATES ARE TERRIBLE AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ATROCIOUS!
