I cannot wait to end this lease at my current apartment.
Mind you the light bulbs were never fixed as promised on move in, my microwave has shorted out, and ALL of my sinks have been clogged for over a month.
On top of that the neighborhood is practically covered in a cloud of marijuana smoke that no one seems to care about. The "security" guard is buddy buddy with the neighbors who are avid marijuana smokers (I see them everyday on their patio), mind you this same security guard was ready to call the police on me for leaving a pet in my car for all of two seconds, at TEN PM in September with all the windows all the way down, while I carried a box upstairs (I had just moved in).
Lastly, God forbid you have any type of life crisis and need to make payment arrangements for your rent, this place doesn't care for their tenants at all and even attempted to evict me over 20 dollars that I informed them I was short of due to an unplanned trip to the ER.
Don't live here, please.
