First time being a patron of Conrad's and I can say I won't be coming back. We called to have a new tire put on my Ford Fusion, because I had ran over a huge bolt in the road. They did get my car in the next day on Saturday which was amazing, but the customer service was horrendous. While I was sitting in my car in the parking lot cleaning it a little bit, one of the mechanics threw open another customers car door hitting my car and then tried acting like it didn't even happen. THANK GOD HE ACTUALLY DIDN'T DO ANY DAMAGE BECAUSE I JUST GOT THE CAR A COUPLE MONTHS AGO. Also once inside, the representative taking down my information was rushing me the entire time, acting like my presence was an inconvenience. He then disappeared without even taking my car keys, leaving me trying to get someone else's attention for 15 minutes before I finally found someone to give my keys to. Lastly, when everything was finished they threw my spare and all the pieces in my trunk instead of putting it back where it was suppose to go-- granted that's not their job but that's customer service. Next time, I'll opt to pay a couple more dollars and go to Firestone.
