We bought a whole new house of appliances from Spencers. The new Maytag washer Bravo XL steam would not clean clothes from day one. Three months later and 4 service calls including a new board, new water level sensor, new fill valve they admit it will not clean king size sheets and blankets as the water never gets deep enough to cover the clothing. It ends up using the clothing to filter lint and hair and soap scum. They will not take the washer back and can not fix it. I think I will take the washer and clean clothes samples to the Spencer parking lots on our trailer and inform buyers and hand out free lemons to all who will listen. They sell washers that do not clean and will not replace them. Best yet, the store manager says, and I quote! "It is working like its supposed to!"
