This update is way overdue. After a year or so of back in forth my insurance company told the doctors office to stop billing me for procedures already covered and that their continued attempt of restructuring and separating billing codes in order to bill me more was wrong and unethical. They finally stopped billing and sent me a notice stating I could not be their patient as a result. Patient beware and be informed first.
