These people are awesome. Have been using them for a few months now. Are they the cheapest pool service? Not necessarily but they always do a phenomenal job and my pool has never looked better. I will say too, as it relates to installation and repair of pool equipment, they're very reasonable. I have an old pool from the 70's and the filter was very old. The plumbing was a mess and disorganized and not efficient causing more stress on the pump. I had recently had a new pump and salt chlorinator installed when I renovated my pool a a couple years ago and I had attempted to maintain the pool myself. I could never get the chemistry right and started getting calcium flakes all over my pool. I kept getting mustard algae among other things. I finally threw in the towel and gave Pineapple Pools a try. Awesome service. As soon as they took over, things immediately cleared up in my pool. I bought a new filter system and they completely re-plumbed all of my equipment, reorganized the positioning of my pump, new filter and chlorinator so that everything runs at max efficiency. Every time they come to clean my pool, they take pictures and let me know all that they did and even email me the photos so I can see that the work was done. They're awesome. When they reinstalled all of my pool equipment the price was very reasonable and much less than I thought. I was expecting to pay an arm and a leg for the labor and it really wasn't bad at all considering all that was done. Monthly they aren't the cheapest I've heard of. But in terms of quality of service and having zero worry that my pool will look great and that everything is being maintained properly, I don't mind paying a little more. When I say they aren't the cheapest, I'm not saying they're expensive or priced so high. They aren't. They're probably in the middle of the road when I compare to other companies that I called. Not the highest or lowest. I'm just saying there might be cheaper companies out there but these people go above and beyond. I never feel like they missed anything or they should be doing more. I never stress about my pool anymore. I'm actually a little surprised by the negative reviews I saw on here. It hasn't been my experience and I was actually referred to these guys by another pool service who had a lot of 5 star yelp reviews. They referred me to Pineapple pools because they were too busy to take on new customers. I haven't been disappointed yet and have been using them for about 6 months now.
