I have been dealing with them for over a year trying to get a part for my Saab. Ultimately they took good care of my car... After waiting a YEAR! They are always very nice and helpful but they are kind of hard to get a hold of. You get put on hold a lot and they don't answer a lot of questions unless you show up there and kind of demand information. But overall they do a good job.
