if i could rate the store a zero or a minus, i would as never ever, since moving to las vegas, have i ever been treated like i was by nw rugs.....went into the store yesterday to buy area rugs for my new wood floor. the lady that "helped" me, well....to this day, i have yet to be treated with such a high level of a LACK OF RESPECT that she provided to me. my guess is that she was more concerned with her cigarette break than working on my mission with me. this was proven as she got out of the front door faster than me and had her smoke already lit by the time i got to my car. before i left....and the reason i left, is that she suggested to me that i will be happier with going to home depot or lowes as her rugs are hand made in most cases and not what i am looking for............the good news is that i went to colleens consignments and even though they did not have sizes i wanted, they had a rep that they work with that was very excited to work on my project with me......so nw rugs, my suggestion is to stay at home in california as it seems to me that is the attitude of your store here in vegas
