I lived there for a few years unfortunately because that's all I could afford as a single mom. While I was living there we had roach problem for the first year. Turned out the upstairs neighbors were hoarders so anytime they sprayed all the roaches would just run upstairs. Finally those neighbors got evicted for being so nasty. Then I had a neighbor move in upstairs that was always drunk and used to beat his wife. I had the pleasure of listening to this almost everyday. One time he came downstairs and was threatening me on my patio, was banging on my door & tried to open it. Called the police quite often but somehow management allowed him to stay as a resident. Once someone attempted suicide outside of my apartment. Someone else overdosed on drugs and died somewhere in the complex. Lots of break ins. Luckily i wasnt one of them though . 2 of my hubcaps got stolen. A man was trying to run over his gf in the parking lot in front of my apartment. Lots of yelling and arguing outside on multiple occasions in the middle of the night. One day I walked to my car to find some weirdo lady putting trash and random items all over my car and knocking on peoples trunks claiming she noticed suspicious activity. she was definitely on something. The dog park is never clean and always reeks of poop. etc etc. i lived there for too long to name every negative thing i ever experienced. I finally moved out to a much nicer community a year ago. Thank God.
